Nordic Ski

Glide through Boundary

Spend an entire day Nordic and cross-country skiing in Boundary Country, encountering few others, seeing only the occasional paw print on the trail before you. The majority of the hiking and biking trails in Boundary are perfect for winter exploration too! Start at either end of Boundary Country, Rock Creek or Christina Lake, or right in the middle at Midway mile “0”.

Historic Trails

Spend your day skiing on the Columbia Western Rail Trail and the historic Kettle Valley Rail Trail. Glide across trestles bridges, along icy rivers and by frozen waterfalls as you marvel at this winter wonderland.

Know Before You Go

Check avalanche reports before you head up any mountain. Marshall Lake Nordic Trails and the warming Dacha are both dog-friendly. Many of the most beautiful trails run through sensitive eco systems. Please stay on marked trails to avoid damaging the environment and pack out what you pack in.
